Ian from Pitt lives in Portland and i think he, myself, and frank were probably chauffered around Circa in an SJW Lemon-Old Tank like you've pictured.

What deals are being offered on the CTS-V? Now THAT'S a Caddy I might not worry about being caught dead in. It whips some German rear quarter panels and it is American. Well sort of. But what is American anyway? Honda and Toyota have immense assembly plants in the USofA.
