He suggested that Mormons believe Jesus and Satan are brothers, and there's been a big flap. Amid all the outcry, one thing I'm still not quite clear on: do Mormons believe Jesus and Satan are brothers?

For a fascinating read, all about the history of the Mormon religion and it's various offshoots, check out, Under The Banner Of Heaven, by Jon Krakauer (he also wrote Into The Wild and Into Thin Air). Unfortunately, though, I don't recall the answer to that question!

I recall being taught that Satan was a fallen angel, so they're all angels. Angels, brothers, brother-angels, same thing.
